One of the most notable stories, and one that caught the public's attention, is an anecdote that he shares with the so-called "Sun of Mexico", which led to the creation of a song that was never published.
In his story, Benny tells of being at the house of some musician friends when he ran into Luis Miguel. With guitar in hand and a few hours of fun, Ibarra describes that he began playing for the mere entertainment of the audience, to which Luis began to sing improvisedly.
This event, which Ibarra himself claims was just a joke, became more serious after he was contacted by Luis Miguel himself a couple of weeks later to meet.
The singer claimed that Miguel invited him to eat at an Indian restaurant; however, he was working on one of his albums at the time, so he rejected his offer, but invited him to his house along with other friends.

Benny says that what started as something between colleagues turned into a fun composition set in "a club in Las Vegas."
