Banamex users are reporting issues with their app and BancaNet again this Monday.

Banamex customers reported problems accessing mobile banking and the BancaNet online banking service on Monday, August 25. When trying to log in from their devices, many users received a message stating: "Please try again later."
Through social media, customers reported that the outages began on Sunday, August 24, and continued into the early hours of Monday. According to the Downdetector website, Banamex has accumulated 424 outage reports, 74% of which refer to problems with the mobile app and 15% to difficulties logging into BancaNet.
For its part, the bank has indicated in its application that it is “working to provide you with better service,” while in its X account it reported that there is intermittence in its system , without specifying the time of normalization.
Experts recommend users follow these guidelines while service is being restored:
- Wait a few minutes and try connecting again later.
- Restart the app or mobile device to rule out local issues.
- Use other customer service channels : call Banamex customer service numbers (55 2221 2663 or 800 021 2345) or go to a branch if the transaction is urgent.
- Avoid entering sensitive data into third-party applications or unofficial websites to protect your banking information.
- Monitor Banamex's official social media channels for updates on the resolution of the issue.
- Do not make urgent transactions until service is fully restored to avoid losing funds.
- Review recent account activity to detect unusual charges.
- Update the app when new versions are released, as sometimes issues are caused by older versions of the app.
Banamex reported that it is working to return service to normal as soon as possible, ensuring that customers can conduct their transactions safely and reliably.
