Domestic workers with bonuses and raises: How much will they be paid for four hours of general work in September?

Domestic workers will receive a new salary increase in September 2025, which includes those who perform general tasks , along with a non-remunerative bonus for all domestic workers, whether registered or not.

The increases are applied to the current scales and maintain the seniority and disadvantaged areas bonuses. This adjustment stems from the agreement reached by the National Commission on Domestic Work (Cntcp) .

For general duty employees (first category) , the hourly wage in September will be:

These amounts may be added to the non-remunerative bonus , the additional seniority bonuses and the bonus for unfavorable area , as appropriate.

All salaries include seniority bonuses , a bonus for disadvantaged areas , and the corresponding non-remunerative bonus .

Registration is done through the official ARCA portal, where automatic debit can be managed with a CBU (Central Bank Account) or credit card, simplifying the management of obligations.

How to sign up for automatic debit for ARCA contribution payments

1. Enter the official ARCA portal ( www.arca.gob.ar ) with your CUIL/CUIT and Tax Code.
2. Go to the Special Registry for Domestic Workers and select the “Workers in Charge” option.
3. Click on “Add to automatic debit” .
4. Choose the employer's registered CBU or add a new option using the "CBU Declaration" option.
5. For credit card payments, please manage your subscription directly with the corresponding administrator.
6. Check your account to see if the debit was successful or if it was declined due to insufficient funds or other reasons.
7. Before signing up, please verify that the employee's information, working hours, and CBU are up to date to avoid any issues.
