These are the 10 most attractive companies to work for in Mexico, according to Randstad.

MEXICO CITY.- According to the Employer Brand Research 2025 report, conducted by human resources firm Randstad , Amazon is positioned this year as the most attractive company to work for in Mexico.

The study, which explores key labor market trends, reveals that economic stability, growth opportunities, and work-life balance are key factors.

While salary and benefits remain important for attracting employees, they are not enough to retain them long-term.

Randstad analysis indicates that a lack of work-life balance is one of the main reasons people decide to leave their jobs .

Employees also value a positive work environment and real opportunities for professional development.

According to the data collected, the most attractive organizations share key characteristics: convenient location, financial strength , good public image, commitment to equity, healthy organizational climate, job security , motivating work tasks, professional development and, to a lesser extent, good financial compensation .

Although salary is ranked tenth among the most highly rated factors, 66% of employees acknowledged that the highest-rated companies offer competitive compensation , which stands out significantly from the other factors evaluated.

By 2025, the companies that make up the top 10 most attractive places to work in Mexico, according to Employer Brand Research, are:

• Carso Group
• Toyota
• Nissan
• Nestlé
• Volkswagen
• Johnson Controls
• Ford

It is striking that companies such as Coca-Cola, Bimbo and Mercado Libre , which were part of the previous ranking, are no longer among the top 10.

The automotive industry, on the other hand, showed a strong presence with four representatives on the list.

It is worth noting that Amazon not only returned to the top 3 , but did so by retaking first place and displacing Samsung to third.

Ford and Volkswagen reappeared in the ranking, consolidating the automotive sector's presence, although brands such as Mazda and General Motors were left out.
