La Cámpora militants entered the TN channel and destroyed everything from the reception to the awards display case.

Following the Supreme Court's confirmation of Cristina Kirchner's six-year prison sentence and permanent ban from holding public office, a group of Kirchnerite activists caused severe damage to the Artear headquarters, which hosts Eltrece and TN, among other television stations.
The attackers breached several security checkpoints and reached the building's hallways, where they not only smashed windows, doors, equipment, and the Martín Fierro and Emmy awards , but also stole bicycles and cars belonging to media workers and guests on various programs.
The attacks took place a few blocks from San José and Humberto Primo streets, Cristina Kirchner's home in Monserrat, where the militants headed after gathering in the afternoon at the Justicialist Party headquarters in Balvanera. An estimated 70 people attacked the entrance to Artear, located at 1200 Lima Street, a few meters from the intersection with San Juan Avenue.
In turn, a group managed to enter the building's first floor, where they smashed televisions and other equipment. In several places throughout the building, they sprayed graffiti targeting the leadership of Grupo Clarín, specifically Héctor Magnetto. Other graffiti, such as the one found on the car of Jorge Giacobbe, a political consultant who was a guest on one of the programs airing while the attacks were taking place, had a rather intimidating tone: "Don't mess around."

Other cars in the parking lot were spray-painted with other messages or damaged by the attackers, who threw park benches at them. Meanwhile, the station's own employees reported the siege and released videos of the incident.
Several shots from the top of the building show how a mob advanced on the canal entrance, waving some La Cámpora flags as they passed. Some of the attackers threw rocks, sticks, and metal objects at the canal entrance and at cars, damaging at least 10 of them.
Other workers then filmed from inside as the intruders vandalized parts of the foyer and display cases. A few meters away were the studios and the control and editing rooms. On the floor were several Martín Fierro Award statuettes.

Minutes later, from the ground up and on air, they confirmed: " The armored doors that face both Lima Street and the San Juan side, the parking lot, were completely destroyed . And the awards, from the display cases that were destroyed, were safeguarded by the channel's own workers."
Simultaneously, a TN reporter toured the desolate scene after the attack, and relayed to television viewers some of the damage: "It's an impressive cobblestone with which they smashed the windows, they did it in a matter of minutes. There are pieces of cane, the kind used for flags. These cars belong to people who have nothing to do with it (one belongs to Claudia, from the channel's wardrobe; another belongs to consultant Giacobbe), they approached the entrance, found two other cars, broke the rearview mirror, wrote 'don't mess with me' on them, broke the mirrors..."
La Cámpora militants vandalized TN and Eltrece
Eltrece, TN, and the Grupo Clarín media outlets have been constant targets of attacks by Kirchnerism. These outlets have published perhaps the most in-depth journalistic investigations that uncovered the corruption schemes that implicated Cristina Kirchner, her husband Néstor (president from 2003 to 2007), and several officials from the first three Kirchner administrations, as well as others implicated.
One of Eltrece's flagship programs, Periodismo para Todos, produced and hosted by Jorge Lanata, has won multiple awards, both nationally with the Martín Fierro Awards and internationally, with an Emmy Award granted in New York in 2014 for the investigation "La ruta del dinero K."

This Tuesday, more than ten years after that surrender, the Supreme Court upheld the sentence imposed on Cristina Kirchner by the Court of Cassation: six years in prison and a lifetime ban from holding public office.
Hours after the confirmation, La Cámpora militants smashed the display cases housing the awards for these journalistic investigations.
This is what the Artear lobby looked like after the destruction by Kirchnerist militants.
After the attacks became known, the Association of Argentine Journalistic Entities ( ADEPA ) issued a statement on social media condemning the damage to the TN and Channel 13 buildings.
"We emphatically condemn the actions of the protesters who entered the Todo Noticias channel's facilities to cause damage," the statement read. They added: "An urgent investigation and punishment of those responsible is required. And we require reinforced protection and security for the media and journalists."

An urgent investigation and punishment of those responsible is essential. And we need to strengthen the protection and security of the media…

For his part, presidential spokesman Manuel Adorni also spoke out regarding the incidents. He did so in a tweet posted on his official account: "My solidarity with all the TN workers who have suffered the attack by a group of social misfits who seem to have wanted to 'defend democracy' by destroying everything they could with stones ."
