Scatturice's company denied irregularities and lack of control over the suitcases that entered the country on a private plane.

OCP Tech, the owner of the plane carrying conservative leader Laura Belén Arrieta , issued a statement giving its version of events after the Office of Administrative Investigations (PIA) detected irregularities in airport and customs controls on luggage, possibly involving public officials.
"The aircraft, crew, and passenger complied with all established controls upon entry into the country. The flight departed from an airport in the United States with all the corresponding immigration and customs controls. Upon arrival, it underwent all the controls required by protocol for an aircraft in transit," OCP Tech stated in the statement.
According to the company's version, the plane "remained in transit for a week, locked in a hangar under video surveillance" and then completed its flight. " There were no irregularities or lack of controls . The plane's crew consisted of a pilot, copilot, and flight attendant, all company employees, and the only female passenger on that flight is also a company employee," OCP Tech alleged.
The company also denied that Arrieta arrived in the country with 10 suitcases. " The plane was carrying four suitcases and four carry-on bags, in addition to two smaller items. As usual, each person on the flight had one suitcase and one carry-on bag," the statement said.
The plane arrived on February 26 of this year with Arrieta—OCP Tech's corporate operations manager—and two crew members: José Luis Donato Bresciano and Juan Pablo Pinto. Days later, Arrieta posed for a photo with Javier Milei at a CPAC meeting in Buenos Aires.
Based on images and testimonies, the PIA determined that "an omission was found in the control of the luggage brought into the country by the two crew members and the passenger upon the aircraft's arrival (...) The hypothesis that external instructions influenced the development of the planned procedures cannot be ruled out."
The company stated in the statement that it "made itself available to the courts in order to collaborate in the clarification" of the case.
