The court is considering granting Cristina Kirchner house arrest to prevent Wednesday's march.

Oral Court 2 (TOF2), headed by Judge Jorge Gorini, is considering approving house arrest forCristina Kirchner before Wednesday , the deadline by which she must report to Comodoro Py to serve her sentence in the Vialidad Case . The Peronist party has called for a march with the former president to the Courts, and the Justice Department wants to avoid chaos in the streets.

Considering that the leader is already at San José 1111, the address designated for her house arrest, the courts want to defuse the protest and thus prevent unrest. Although the outcome is still unknown, a ruling, both positive and negative, is expected next Tuesday, according to TN.

This alternative would be in line with what CFK's representatives requested in the letter they submitted to the Federal Court of Justice (TOF2). There, they stated that the transfer of their client to Comodoro Py represents a major security operation that places "unnecessary strain" on the State. Furthermore, given her condition, age, and criminal record, house arrest for Cristina Kirchner is almost a given, so they want to avoid unnecessary procedures.

Social organizations, unions, and Peronist leaders have called for a massive march this Wednesday, stretching from the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Constitución to the courthouse. Knowing the leader's strong support, they expect a massive outpouring of public transport in the morning to defend her following her conviction upheld by the Supreme Court.

The curfew is 9:30 a.m., so the movement in the area will begin very early. They estimate there will be encampments at both Comodoro Py 2002 and San José 1111, where Cristina Kirchner is currently staying with her daughter, Florencia, and granddaughter. At that same spot in Buenos Aires, there is a large group of people who spend day and night shouting for her, and they have already had their first eviction by the City Police.

"Argentina with Cristina" is the emblem of this mobilization by Peronist sectors, supported by 250 mayors and the CGT (General Confederation of Workers' Unions), which is considering calling a general strike with mobilization next Wednesday so that all unions can be present on the march to the Courts alongside Cristina Kirchner.
