Keylor Navas already has a possible date for his debut with Pumas.

This Tuesday morning, Keylor Navas landed in Mexico City from Buenos Aires, Argentina; however, it was only a brief stopover. His destination at the time was Guatemala.

The process went smoothly; she received her work visa and will return to Mexico City tonight to stay in her new home. This was shared by the Mexican Consul in Guatemala, Alejandro Martínez Peralta.
"We can finally confirm that Keylor Navas now has his visa to work in Mexico," the Mexican diplomat posted alongside a photo of himself with the legendary former Real Madrid goalkeeper.
"I had the opportunity to chat with him and I'm convinced he'll be a great asset to the team due to his mentality, his tremendous value as a human being, and his desire to succeed at Pumas." he added in his message.

His first match could be on Friday, July 25, against Querétaro at Corregidora Stadium, in a matchday three match of the 2025 Apertura tournament.
If he doesn't make his Liga MX debut, he could do so on Wednesday, July 30, in the first match of the Leagues Cup, against Orlando City.
