After years of user requests, WhatsApp finally made an announcement that delighted its entire community , especially those with Apple devices . What's known about this new update?
From now on, the service can be used from your iPad, a version of which is available on the App Store. Through a post on its website, the messenger indicated that all functions will be available via a slightly larger screen, allowing you to communicate with friends and family. Additionally, calls and video calls will have a capacity of up to 32 people.
The Meta-owned company added that with this new format, you'll have the ability to multitask to increase your productivity while using this device. "Take advantage of iPadOS multitasking features like Stage Manager*, Split View, and Slide Over to view multiple apps at once. This way, you can send messages while browsing the web or research group travel options during a shared call. WhatsApp also works with the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil," they added.
