Firefighters shocked by colleague's death. "Adam was a boy..."

The information about Adam Grzmil's death was provided by the Nowy Dwór Volunteer Fire Department. The firefighters announced the tragic news on Wednesday evening, also publishing his photo on social media.

"It is with the deepest sadness in our hearts that we inform you about the death of a member of our Youth Fire Brigade, comrade Adam Grzmil," we read.

The volunteer firefighters further added that there are no words to express how sorry they are. They also added that this information shocked them.

The scouts recalled that Adam had supported the ranks of the Youth Fire Brigade almost from the beginning. He took part in meetings with great enthusiasm, and also represented the team in sports and firefighting competitions. He was its commander and achieved many successes in doing so.

"Adam was a naturally calm and smiling boy, but he often surprised us with his sharp observations on many topics. A boy full of passion and willingness to act," it added.

It was further added that Adam Grzmila will forever remain in the memories and hearts of the Nowy Dwór Volunteer Fire Department members.

Finally, it was emphasized that the volunteer firefighters are united in their hearts with the parents of the comrade and his loved ones during this difficult time. "At the same time, we warmly ask for prayers for Adaś and his loved ones," we read.
