He didn't hide his nervousness. It gave him away

Police officers from the Police Station in Żmigród, on duty in the city on Wednesday, May 14, stopped an Audi for a road check on one of the streets. Further developments brought surprising discoveries.

At first glance, the check was supposed to be simple – a routine check of documents, a reminder of the driver’s duties. However, something in the passenger made him uneasy. The man, although trying to remain calm, could not hide his nervousness. Such reactions, although seemingly normal, always arouse vigilance among officers. And it was this vigilance that was to lead to the discovery that surprised everyone.

When the officers started checking the passenger's personal details in police systems, it turned out that the man, a 31-year-old resident of the Wołów district, was wanted by the District Court in Lubin. However, that was only the beginning. A search of his pockets brought another discovery - a bag with dried plant material. A police tester showed that it was marijuana. After carrying out all the necessary activities, preparing the appropriate documentation and paying the fine by the detainee, the man was released. Photo: KPP in Trzebnica.
