Recklessness on the road cost him 5 thousand zlotys. BMW driver severely punished
On Thursday, February 20, at approximately 7:35 p.m. on national road no. 22 between Rolewice and Stare Osieczno, police officers from the Road Traffic Department stopped a BMW for inspection. The camera in the unmarked police car recorded the driver exceeding the speed limit, driving almost 170 km/h.
The 25-year-old driver, who has previously been convicted of speeding, will now have to pay a fine of PLN 5,000. Additionally, his penalty points account has increased by 15. The police emphasize that such behavior on the road is unacceptable and poses a serious threat to safety.
Police officers work every day to make sure the roads are safe. Irresponsible drivers who disregard the law must expect severe consequences. Incidents recorded by officers often shock even experienced officers, which prompts them to take decisive action against road pirates.
