Teresa Siudem: Offices must be accessible to everyone

The 2019 Act specifies the means for ensuring accessibility for people with special needs and the related obligations of public entities. It also requires them to submit a report in which they must indicate how accessibility has been ensured in their institutions. The report must be submitted every four years, no later than 31 March. Since the 2019 Act came into force, public institutions have been fulfilling this obligation for the second time.
