On Monday, June 30, Anna was reported missing. Her family and services appealed for help. The search for the 32-year-old ended tragically. On Tuesday evening, July 1, at around 8 p.m., her body was found. The body was discovered on the premises of the closed glassworks "Hortensja" on Hutnicza Street in Piotrków Trybunalski.

Firefighters had to be called to the scene to help get into the vacant building. Police officers under the supervision of the prosecutor worked at the scene of the macabre discovery for several hours. Anna's body was lying in a small technical room by the elevator shaft. It could have been there for several days. The room, as reported by epiotrkow.pl, was supposedly covered in blood.

The doctor present at the scene did not rule out the possibility that other people contributed to the woman's death. The Piotrków prosecutor's office has opened an investigation into the accidental causing of the 32-year-old's death.

The scene of the incident and the body of the deceased woman were inspected, and evidence was secured that will be subject to procedural verification. Given that the doctor who arrived at the scene confirmed death, not ruling out the involvement of third parties, by decision of the prosecutor in charge of the proceedings from the District Prosecutor's Office in Piotrków Trybunalski, the body of Anna O. was secured for the purpose of conducting a forensic medical autopsy and further specialist tests.

The investigation is in its early stages. The exact circumstances of the woman's death are to be clarified by the ongoing investigation and autopsy.
