He then received a call from a concerned woman who reported that she was worried about the fate of a friend. The woman reportedly claimed that "her life has no meaning." The matter was made more difficult by the fact that she didn't know her friend's address.
Based on the information provided, the officer on duty determined the telephone number of the woman needing help and contacted the woman.
His 28 years of service, great sensitivity, and calm demeanor helped him navigate the conversation to determine the address of a 25-year-old resident of the Jarosław County. Community police officers were immediately dispatched to the scene. Help arrived in time, and the woman was transferred to specialized medical care.
