They attacked a 48-year-old man in the area of the Jarosław PKP railway station. They will answer in court
According to the police report, the perpetrators attacked a 48-year-old from Jarosław in the aforementioned area, using violence against him and taking over PLN 200 and a bottle of alcohol that he had on him, and then left. Jarosław detectives worked to identify them, using surveillance footage. They managed to identify and arrest two of the attackers. They turned out to be residents of Jarosław, aged 19 and 41. Both were placed in a police detention center and heard charges of robbery. They face up to 12 years in prison for the aforementioned act.
As reported by the District Police Headquarters in Jarosław, the prosecutor applied a preventive measure to the detainees in the form of police supervision, a ban on approaching the injured party and witnesses or contacting them, as well as a ban on leaving the country.
