They said goodbye to the long-time school principal

"This speech is exceptionally difficult for me, as I'm saying goodbye not only to my workplace, but above all to the people with whom we've created a shared history over the years. I thank my fellow teachers for the cooperation, trust, mutual support, and commitment you've put into educating and nurturing a young teacher. I thank the administration and support staff – without you, the daily functioning of the school wouldn't be possible. Your work, though often overlooked, is invaluable. I thank the students for reminding me every day why we're here. It's thanks to you that my work has meaning and brought me so much satisfaction. The school was my second home. Every day here brought challenges, emotions, successes, but also moments of reflection and learning – including for me. Because a school is a living organism, in which everyone has an important place," said Principal B. Nawojska-Synus, concluding her mission after 20 years at the school in Olszany, with these words to the school community.

During the touching ceremony, Polish teacher Małgorzata Kruk also thanked teachers and parents for their many years of cooperation, emphasizing that she will always remember the wonderful moments spent at school.

Krzysztof Dobrowolski, mayor of the Krasiczyn commune, who was present at the ceremony, expressed his sincere thanks to both women on behalf of himself and the commune community. He addressed special words to the school's principal, who was leaving after 20 years at the school.

B. Nawojska-Synus also received a special thank-you from representatives of the Parents' Council, along with wishes for many happy days in her well-deserved retirement.
