A large Polish construction company has reported its financial results.

The company reported that net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company, excluding one-off events, amounted to PLN 12.3 million.
One-off events affect Unibep's resultsA one-off event in the period under review was "a further revaluation of the fair value of land reclassified in 2024 from inventories to investment properties".
"The realignment of the valuation resulted in an increase in the value of the investment property and an impact on the operating result (+PLN 7.2 million) and net profit (+PLN 5.8 million)," the company reported.
Cumulatively, after 9 months of 2025, Unibep had PLN 1.6 billion in consolidated sales revenue, which represents a decrease of 11.6% year-on-year.

"Excluding one-off events, the period under review was a time of intensive work on improving operating profitability through, on the one hand, controlling operating costs and, on the other, a very selective approach to contracting new projects in search of those characterized by optimal operating profitability indicators," the company wrote in a statement.
In terms of segments, energy construction increased its sales by 131%, infrastructure construction showed 29% higher sales than a year ago, and general construction recorded approximately 38% lower sales than a year ago.
Unibep is valued at just under PLN 400 million on the WSE.
