Ukrainian Weapons for Sale. Kyiv to Open Representative Offices in Berlin and Copenhagen

This year, Ukraine will open two representative offices in Berlin and Copenhagen responsible for selling weapons that are available in surplus and produced through co-production, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Monday.
"We're opening two export capitals. You know, it's about co-production and export—weapons we can afford to sell to generate additional funds for our own internal production of the missing systems, those for which we lack sufficient funds. The first two centers (the decision was made at the level of the companies participating in the co-production, as well as at the national level) will be established in Berlin and Copenhagen. This will happen later this year," Zelensky said during a briefing in Kyiv.
He added that Oleksandr Kamyshin, an advisor to the Ukrainian president, will handle contracts with EU countries. "Everything will be formally opened and contracts will be prepared. Oleksandr Kamyshin is in charge of Europe—he will represent Ukrainian exports on the European continent," the president explained.
Additionally, Zelensky noted, work is also underway with Middle Eastern countries and the United States. "Next week, the American team responsible for the so-called drone deal will arrive in Ukraine," the president said. In early October, the Ukrainian delegation to the United States discussed with representatives of the Pentagon, Congress, and the military the possibility of selling some Ukrainian drones, as well as jointly modernizing them and developing new platforms.
The Ukrainian head of state announced that by the end of November, Ukraine will be producing 600–800 interceptor drones per day. "If everything goes as it should, because sometimes, we understand, there are attacks. Sometimes they attack not only the energy sector," the president noted.
He emphasized that despite the hits at weapons production plants, all of them have resumed operations. "So, as of today, we haven't lost any long-range weapons. Sometimes mass production slows down because we lose one or another component—that's true. But we're also striking at the 'Russians,'" the president added.
Zelensky also reported that Ukraine is quite good at producing its own missiles and that Flamingo and Neptun missiles are currently in use.
According to the president, 26–30 percent of all combat operations on the front take place in Pokrovsk. He noted that there are currently between 260 and 300 Russian soldiers in the city.
"Pokrovsk – the enemy has not achieved any success there in recent days (...) Moreover, 50 percent of all guided bomb (KAB) drops are directed at Pokrovsk. You understand how difficult it is for our soldiers," Zelensky stated.
According to the Ukrainian head of state, the General Staff meeting discussed the situation in the Kupiansk region, where, he stated, approximately 60 Russian servicemen remain. The president noted that deadlines for clearing the area have been set but will not be made public. The operation in the Dobropillia region continues.
"The Supreme Commander (Oleksandr Syrsky) said another 2-3 kilometers have been cleared, but Russia understands it has completely lost the initiative there, and we see it is preparing retaliation. It's obvious—they are massing troops, we see it from the interceptions and all the signs," Zelensky said.
