The Pole crushed the Belarusian in the fight for the belt. The knockout was in the air, but what a series

Rafał Wołczecki continues his excellent series and is still undefeated in professional rings. During Friday's KBN40: Maxliga Wschód + Zachód gala in Wrocław, the 28-year-old left no illusions to Maks Hardzeika (13-0,5 KO) and in spectacular style won the WBC Baltic middleweight belt. In doing so, he recorded the 15th triumph in his professional career, 10 of which he finished ahead of time.

The Polish boxer dictated the conditions in each round, and in the sixth fight he knocked his opponent down. The Belarusian did not give up, however, and in the seventh round he made himself felt by the Pole.

Hardzeika stayed in the ring until the end and was still counting on a sensational turn of events in the 10th round. However, Wołczecki controlled the situation and fully deservedly noted another victory.

During the gala in Wrocław we also saw other victories of Polish boxers. Marek Matyja (22-4-2, 9 KO) won unanimously on points against Wilmer Baron (7-12-1, 6 KO). After eight rounds, the scorecards were 76:75 for the Pole.

Another professional victory during Friday's gala was scored by Hubert Kwapisz (7-0-1, 2 KO), who knocked out Joel Julio (39-23, 33 KO) in the second round with body blows, and Igor Pryga (9-1, 2 KO), who won on points against Petr Brodsky (4-7, 3 KO).
