The prestigious ranking has chosen the best city in Europe for 2025. Where did Warsaw rank?

Every year, Resonance Consultancy prepares a detailed ranking that allows us to select the best cities in Europe. Places that stand out for their high quality of life, attractiveness and prosperity. In 2025, London topped the list. Poland also has a strong representation in the form of five cities. Warsaw ranked highest in the list, in 19th place.
Canadian company Resonance Consultancy deals with tourism and investment consulting and city branding. Every year it publishes a list of the best cities. In cooperation with Ipsos, three main factors are assessed: quality of life (air quality, rent and green areas), attractiveness (attractiveness of nightlife, restaurants) and well-being (poverty rates, education and GDP per capita).
This year, for the third year in a row, London topped the list . Its magnetic appeal, the report says, continues to attract students, entrepreneurs, tourists and corporate giants.
- Our diversity and ability to constantly innovate is at the heart of London's success - says Laura Citron OBE, CEO of London & Partners, the agency that markets the British capital, in a statement. - We will continue to evolve without losing sight of our rich history. It is this unique mix that makes us stand out as a leading destination both in Europe and around the world.

Paris came in second . The city's modernization efforts, which were evident during last year's Olympic Games, were appreciated. The huge emphasis placed on pedestrian and cyclist facilities is worth noting. Berlin rounds out the top three . The city's tolerance and vibrant cultural scene were highlighted.
Which cities in Poland are the best to live in?Poland has five reasons to be happy in the report on the 100 best cities in Europe. Warsaw came highest in the ranking, in 19th place .

The next Polish cities are Kraków (29th place), Wrocław (72nd), Gdańsk (76th) and Poznań (83rd) .
