Coldwell Banker closes 2024 with 127 more offices in 14 countries

Coldwell Banker, an international real estate company with US roots, ended 2024 with strong performance and international expansion. In the fourth quarter alone, the company opened 31 of its 127 new offices in 14 countries.

In the last year, the real estate company expanded its network with 20 new locations and renewed the franchising agreement of 77 companies representing more than 10.2 billion dollars in sales volume.

In Portugal, the company recorded a 26% increase in revenue and a 35% increase in the number of transactions. The company's sales volume grew by 33% to $120 million.

The brand expanded its territorial presence, with transactions in 22% of municipalities and 23% of parishes, compared to 2023, and increased its network by 30%, now having 12 agencies in Portugal.

In the United States, the real estate network integrated 12 new franchised companies, increasing its reach in the country.
