Estrela da Amadora does a six-day internship in the Algarve
Estrela da Amadora will face the Scottish side Celtic in a total of four friendlies, and will undertake a six-day training camp in the Algarve during pre-season.
The usual pre-season training camp will take place between the 21st and 26th of July, with two friendly matches.
First, on the 23rd, Estrela da Amadora will face Lusitano de Évora, who were promoted to Liga 3 after winning the Campeonato de Portugal, equivalent to the fourth tier, and will close the training camp against Vitória de Guimarães, on the 26th, all behind closed doors.
Other games
The first preparation test for the team led by coach José Faria will be against the Scottish champions, where Portuguese players Paulo Bernardo and Jota will line up, on July 12, with the exact location and time yet to be announced.
This is followed by a clash with fellow first division side Estoril Praia on July 19, before heading to the Algarve.
