Wall Street ends mixed with eyes on Iran-Israel conflict

New York closed the day mixed, with investors keeping an eye on the Iran-Israel conflict.
The Dow Jones index was the only one to register a slight gain of 0.08% to 42,206.82 points. The S&P500 fell 0.26% to 5,965.49 points and the Nasdaq lost 0.51% to 19,447.41 points.
Apple closed the day up 2.25%, followed by Walmart which gained 1.07% and Chevron increased 0.87%. In contrast, UnitedHealth lost 1.66%, Amazon fell 1.33%, Nvidia slipped 1.12% and McDonald's slipped 0.80%.
In the oil market, Texas WTI gained 0.65%, setting the price per barrel at $73.98, while Brent lost 2.04% to $77.24. Natural gas fell 2.38% to $3.894.
In the foreign exchange market, the euro appreciated 0.20% against the dollar, settling at 1.152 dollars.
