AD, PS and IL campaign actions end early on Saturday

The PS, AD and IL electoral campaign activities will end early on Saturday because of the Benfica-Sporting derby, scheduled for 6:00 pm. The game could be decisive for the title of national football champion.
Counting on the possibility of Sporting or Benfica being crowned champions, PS, AD and Iniciativa Liberal scheduled their campaign actions in order to leave the 90 minutes of the derby free.
On the PS side, there are several actions scheduled for Saturday, passing through Santo Tirso, Vila Nova de Famalicão and Bragança, with the rally ending before the start of the game, since the derby was taken into account in the campaign planning.
The AD is expected to end even earlier, with the last initiative being a lunch in Famalicão. The liberals are following the same path and only have an agenda until lunchtime. In the morning, from 11:00 am, the party will be at Santo Amaro de Oeiras beach for a “sports morning”.
The actions scheduled by Livre will also not coincide with the game, since the last stop on Saturday is scheduled for 3 pm, with a visit and meeting with YouthCoop, in Cacém.
Chega's agenda should coincide with the end of the derby between Benfica and Sporting, as the party will start the day with a parade in Vila Real and then head to Viseu, where a dinner is scheduled for 8 pm, with no changes planned.
PAN, CDU and Bloco de Esquerda chose to be present in the north of the country during Saturday afternoon, also without changing plans due to the Lisbon derby. The CDU will start in Guimarães and in the afternoon will be in the city of Porto, where it will end the day with a rally at Campanhã station.
The Left Bloc will be at the Bouça Residents' Association, in the city of Porto, for an action between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. “It was never planned that Mariana Mortágua would intervene during the game”, the party revealed to the Lusa news agency.
And PAN will leave Lisbon for Paredes, where it will watch a women's handball match, at 2:30 pm, then head to Paços de Ferreira, at 4:00 pm, and Porto, at 7:00 pm.
