Algarve Walk and Run with double day in Lagoa and Tavira
The Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth (IPDJ) is promoting another double event in the Algarve Regional Walking and Running Calendar, with events scheduled for the 8th and 9th of June, in Lagoa and Tavira , respectively. The initiative is open to the public and aims to encourage the practice of physical activity.
The first meeting will take place on Sunday, June 8, in the parking lot of the Arade Congress Center, in Lagoa. The meeting is scheduled for 9:00 am and departure for 9:30 am. Participants will be able to choose between two routes: a 5 km route, ideal for beginners or those who prefer a light walk, and a 10 km route, designed for those looking for a more demanding challenge.
The second race will take place on Monday, June 9th, at Praça da República, in Tavira, with a night edition. The meeting will start at 8:00 pm and the start will be at 9:00 pm. There will also be two routes available, 5 km and 7 km.
