Businessman Giuliano Bertolucci is evaluating the purchase of part of the shares of SAF from Coritiba. The information comes from columnist Augusto Mafuz , who released it on the Carneiro & Mafuz podcast this Monday (16).
“In São Paulo, there is strong information that businessman Giuliano Bertolucci is selling shares in Ferroviária, from Araraquara, and is acquiring part of the shares in Treecorp. This should happen in the next few months. The entire accounting and financial situation of SAF Coritiba is already being assessed. This is the expectation, one of the largest agents in the world today,” said Mafuz at the beginning of the podcast.

Heir to Lorenzetti, Bertolucci is one of the biggest football agents in the world. He has participated in transactions such as Philippe Coutinho's transfer to Barcelona and is also, for example, Corinthians' biggest creditor, having received R$78.2 million from the São Paulo club. In addition, he owns 92% of SAF of Ferroviária, Alviverde's rival in Série B.
When contacted by UmDois Esportes , both Coritiba and Ferroviária deny any movements by Bertolucci behind the scenes.
According to Mafuz, however, Treecorp cannot sell the entire percentage it acquired in the purchase of Coritiba. This percentage would also be defined by the group of investors.
“Partly because Treecorp cannot sell 100%, unless with Coritiba’s consent. Let’s assume that it sold 30% to this group that is in football now. It would have to sell 25% to Bertolucci,” he added.
