Flamengo is continuing its expansion project at Ninho do Urubu, where it is building a mini-stadium for youth and women's team matches. Part of the project is already operational, with the field in use since last month, but the final phase—the addition of stands and locker rooms—is subject to budget approval by the Deliberative Council.

The project began under Rodolfo Landim's administration and includes natural grass, finished fencing, and official FIFA-required dimensions. The design, by Amais Projetos, includes bleachers with a permeable facade, a broadcast booth, and seating for up to 2,000 people.
While awaiting funding, Flamengo is already using the space for training, taking advantage of the existing facilities. Full completion is expected in the coming months, if the budget is approved.
In addition to strengthening the youth and women's soccer teams, the new stadium at the training center will allow the club to further integrate its youth teams and offer a high-quality, professional environment for athlete development.
Arrival of Lucas BeltránFiorentina striker Lucas Beltrán rejected Flamengo's offer, opting to remain in Europe. Despite a preliminary agreement between the clubs, the player's wishes were crucial in ending the negotiations.

With this, the club's management is returning to the market in search of attacking options that truly add quality to the squad. So far, the club has signed Saúl Ñíguez, Emerson Royal, Jorge Carrascal, and Samuel Lino this summer.
At the same time, the team is preparing for the decisive duel against Atlético-MG in the Copa do Brasil, needing to overturn the disadvantage from the first leg to advance to the quarterfinals.
Million-dollar negotiationAtalanta is interested in Rodrigo Muniz, currently at Fulham, to replace Mateo Retegui, who was sold to Al-Qadsiah. Since Flamengo holds part of the player's economic rights, the deal could yield over R$100 million for the club.

Muniz is enjoying the best moment of his career, with 11 goals and two assists last season, and sees the move to Italy as a professional advancement. However, Fulham is taking a firm stance and is not making the release easy.
For Flamengo, the deal would be an important financial boost, adding to the surplus recorded in the first half of the year and the significant reduction in debt.
