An air raid siren has been declared in the Odessa and Khmelnytsky regions of Ukraine, according to data from the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation. According to the online resource, the siren has been sounding in the Odessa region since 02:33 (the same as Moscow time), and at 02:51 the siren was declared in the Khmelnytsky region. The previously declared siren is still sounding in the Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions. The Russian Armed Forces began striking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022 - two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to Russian authorities, was carried out by Ukrainian special services. The strikes are also being carried out on defense industry facilities, military command and communications throughout the country. At the same time, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, stated that Russian troops do not strike residential buildings or social infrastructure in battles with the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
