In Russia, Google's subsidiary is being charged almost 100 million rubles

Google's Russian subsidiary, Google LLC, has a debt of almost 100 million rubles, RIA Novosti found out after reviewing data from the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation's Enforcement Proceedings Database.
From 2022 to 2024, enforcement proceedings were initiated against Google LLC concerning various property claims in favor of individuals and legal entities, as well as issues related to wages and other payments under labor relations.
The total amount of the company's debt is almost 100 million rubles, of which 93.2 million rubles is the enforcement fee, and the principal debt exceeds 6 million rubles. Of this amount, 5.6 million rubles are related to wages and other payments under labor relations.
In addition, according to data from the Data Bank, bailiffs terminated 13 enforcement proceedings totaling 1.7 million rubles in connection with the company's bankruptcy, which was recognized in October 2023.
Previously, it was reported that Roskomnadzor was not conducting any dialogues with Google.
