MOSCOW, July 9 — RIA Novosti. CNN has published a recording in which American leader Donald Trump allegedly said during the 2024 election campaign that during a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, he promised to bomb Moscow if military action began against Kyiv. "I told Putin: 'If you go into Ukraine, I will bomb the hell out of Moscow. I'm telling you, I will have no choice,'" Trump is quoted as saying in the recording. According to the current head of the White House, Putin believed him only ten percent. He added that he also threatened to bomb Chinese President Xi Jinping if China attacked Taiwan. "I said: 'I have no choice, I will have to bomb you. We will bomb Beijing,'" Trump said. Xi Jinping thought that Trump had gone crazy, the American leader said. Putin and Trump had a telephone conversation last week. The White House owner later said he was disappointed with the results of the conversation, adding that he had failed to achieve progress. Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the American leader's words, stressed that Moscow is paying close attention to all of Trump's statements.
