In St. Petersburg, a third-grader stabbed his 16-year-old brother

REN TV, citing its own sources, reported that in St. Petersburg a third-grader stabbed his 16-year-old brother.
The teenager is currently in a medical facility, and doctors assess his condition as serious.
It is specified that the incident occurred the day before in the village of Shushapry. The victim was hospitalized. At present, law enforcement officers are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
"An 11-year-old boy accidentally stabbed his brother," the source noted.
The TV channel’s source added that the issue of initiating a criminal case is currently being decided.
