Novgorod youth helped develop the code of the 21st century working man

The delegation of the Novgorod Region returned from the XIII All-Russian Forum of Working Youth. As reported by the regional committee on youth policy, the forum brought together 400 young technologists, engineers, economists, equipment repairmen, local government specialists and other professionals in their field in Perm.
The participants visited key industrial enterprises of the Perm region and exchanged best practices in working with young specialists.
" The forum turned out to be incredibly eventful ," Dmitry Pasovisty, a mechanical engineer at PJSC Acron, told the committee's social networks. "The discussion about AI and neural networks was very important. The speaker changed my perception in this area, and the session was of practical use - I immediately noted specific services for implementation in work. I also managed to productively communicate with the former chairman of the Youth Council of our partner PJSC Azotremmash, which outlined the contours of a joint media project. The exchange of practices with colleagues from PJSC Kazanorgsintez was useful. Together with a colleague, we participated in the "Man of Labor" competition in the "Master" nomination. Although we did not take a prize, participation helped to identify weaknesses in management and personnel management, setting a clear focus on development ."
The result of the work at the forum was the development of a matrix-code of a working person of the 21st century. Such a person is an opinion leader, he is a family man and finds a balance between work and personal life, and in addition, he is a patriot, has advanced technologies, knows how to work with AI and be a mentor for the new generation.
