Peskov named two conditions for the development of trade partnership between Russia and the US
Investment and trade partnership between Russia and the United States is possible only after the restoration of relations between the two countries and the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. According to him, this includes cooperation in rare earth metals, TASS reports.
