Pskov residents are invited to a master class on burnout prevention

On May 21 at 13:00, the Pskov Personnel Center will host a master class on "Prevention of Professional Burnout: How to Maintain Resources at Work." It will be conducted by specialists from the ECHO psychological community. This was reported in the "ZhK at the Personnel Center "Women's Interest" group on the VKontakte social network.

Participants will meet with Evgeny Fyodorov and Igor Efimenko, practicing psychologists with experience in individual counseling, group management, and training. They will tell you how to distinguish burnout from fatigue, what factors lead to it, and will also share recovery techniques and conduct express testing.
