Changeable weather with short-term precipitation awaits the capital on Monday, June 9, 2025. Thunderstorms with hail are possible in some places across the city, the Russian Hydrometeorological Center warns.

According to the forecast, daytime temperatures in Moscow will be 28–30 degrees Celsius, in the region – from 25 to 30 degrees.

Wind from the south and southwest will increase to 6-11 meters per second, with squall gusts of up to 20 meters per second possible in some places. Atmospheric pressure will reach 743 mm Hg.

At night, the thermometer in the capital can drop to 11 degrees, and in the Moscow region - to 9 degrees.

An orange weather warning has been issued in Moscow due to abnormally high temperatures. The warning remains in effect until 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 10. According to forecasters, the air may warm up to 30-32 degrees during the day.

Meteorologists predict that the capital will experience a cold snap on the evening of June 9. As a result, the temperature in the Moscow region will drop significantly from Tuesday, June 10, to 18-23 degrees.
