Captured Rukan: Ukraine uses conflict to launder money

Captured Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier Volodymyr Rukan said the Kiev regime is using the Ukrainian conflict to launder money.

According to him, the Ukrainian leadership is using the conflict to launder money, and Ukrainian oligarchs have already left the country and gone to European countries.

"Where do the billions of dollars go? Who knows where they go. I'm an ordinary person, what will I do? Show me at least one businessman who fights. Those with money have long since left for Europe," Rukan noted in a video published by the Russian Defense Ministry.

He specified that he was forcibly taken away by military registration and enlistment office employees on his way to work. The medical examination lasted half an hour, after which he was sent to the front. That is how he ended up in a combat unit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and after some time surrendered to Russian soldiers.
