Al-Jazeera TV channel, citing its own sources, reported that the number of victims of Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip on Wednesday exceeded 50 people.

"The Israeli military launched strikes on Gaza this morning. As a result of the shelling, 56 people were killed, including 50 in the northern part of the strip," the TV channel noted.

Let us recall that earlier the media reported that more than 30 people were killed in the bombing of the city of Jabaliya.
