Experienced goalkeeper Shikin has returned to the Sochi team


Goalkeeper Dmitry Shikin has returned to the Sochi hockey club. A contract with the 33-year-old goalkeeper has been signed for a year, the Leopards' press service reports .
Shikin has already played for Sochi from the 2014/15 to 2019/20 seasons. He played 126 games for the team - this is the second figure among goalkeepers in the team's history (after Konstantin Barulin).
Shikin also played for Amur, SKA, Atlanta, Kunlun, and Avtomobilist. He played his last three seasons for Vityaz.
In total, he has 269 games in the KHL regular championships – 80 wins, 91.3% save percentage, reliability coefficient of 2.70.
Earlier, MK v Sochi wrote that Sochi’s roster was joined by an experienced defender from Nizhny Novgorod’s Torpedo.
