Serpukhov hosted a festival of physical education and sports

Sports complex "Red Wings": 18 years of sports development and motivation.

The sports complex "Red Wings" in the village of Vasilyevskoye celebrates its eighteenth anniversary. Founded on August 7, 2007 as a children's and youth sports school for technical and winter sports, the complex develops such areas as skiing and motocross. Later, a hand-to-hand combat section was opened.

The complex is famous for its ski trails, which are among the top ten in the Moscow region. The quality of the motocross trails is recognized as the best in the country, attracting the attention of leading athletes and spectators.

In 2015, the sports school became part of the municipal budgetary institution of additional education "Zubrenok", which contributed to improving the level of training of young athletes and expanding the infrastructure.

The large national events held here are well-known: the Russian Roller Ski Cup and stages of the Russian Motocross Championship, organized between 2009 and 2013. The complex's team won silver in motocross at the Russian Championship in 2010.

The annual program of events includes over fifteen ski races and motocross competitions. Among them, the evening race DarkSkiRace stands out, having won the regional competition for originality and spectacularity, as well as the costumed race Snegoskhod, which became the winner of the all-Russian competition of the Ministry of Sports and motivated the introduction of the nomination "Best Costume" in a number of sports marathons of the country.

Every year, about 10,000 people visit the complex, doing sports and active recreation. Here you can enjoy a professional sports atmosphere, do amateur sports, ski, bike or participate in mass competitions like the Serpukhov race.

Over the past 18 years, Red Wings has become an important center of attraction for athletes and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts, spreading sports traditions and uniting the community.
