The Directorate of Communications shared the following statement regarding the meeting:

Our President, Mr.Recep Tayyip Erdoğan , held a telephone conversation with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

During the meeting, bilateral relations between Türkiye and Azerbaijan as well as regional and global issues were discussed.

During the meeting, Azerbaijani President Aliyev congratulated President Erdogan on his birthday.
