Ambulance and car collided in Bartın: 7 injured

The accident occurred at around 21.30 in Kemerköprü Neighborhood. The ambulance driven by Tarık Vanlı (28), who was taking a patient from Hacı İbrahim Paşa Girls' Dormitory, collided with the car driven by Basra Ayaz (26), who was going from a side street to the main road on the neighborhood road. Health, police and fire teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification.

In the accident, the drivers, ambulance attendants Emine Merve Akçay (25), Döndü Yaşar (25), the patient in the ambulance Gülpınar Demir (20), and passengers Beyzanur Kaplan (24) and Havva Öztekin (48) were slightly injured. The injured were taken to hospital by medical teams.

An investigation into the accident has been launched.
