REAL ESTATE HOUSING CAMPAIGN PAYMENT PLANS

Emlak Konut GYO offers 3 different financing models to citizens who want to own a home with its 'Profitable Investment Campaign'.

The first model has a decreasing installment option without a down payment. In the option that offers the opportunity to own a home without paying a down payment, the installment payments continue to decrease each month. A term option of up to 60 months is also offered with a monthly interest rate of 0.99 percent.

In the second model , installment payments for the first 12 months are covered by Emlak Konut, so those who want to own a home can spend the first year without making any payments. In this way, buyers earn a total of 12 percent. In addition, an installment opportunity of up to 60 months is offered with a monthly interest rate of 1.29 percent.

In the third model , Emlak Konut offers a leasing-supported financing model to those who want to own a home. This model makes home ownership easier and more accessible with long-term and flexible payment options.

In the leasing supported financing model , you can get financing for the entire sales price of the house with Emlak Katılım Bankası without paying a down payment or with the down payment amount you prefer. In this way, you can flexibly arrange your payment plan according to your budget. In addition, a term of up to 120 months is also offered.

Regarding the delivery dates of the projects included in the campaign announced by Emlak Konut, it was stated that there are projects that will be delivered this year, as well as projects that will last up to 3 years.
