He lost his life while returning from his daughter's graduation: A terrible accident in Ankara

One person was killed and another was injured in a traffic accident that occurred near the Çokören Bridge in the Temelli area of ​​the Ankara-Eskişehir highway. The accident occurred around 1:20 a.m.

According to reports, a minibus with license plate 07 NST 46, traveling in the direction of Eskişehir, collided head-on with a Fiat car with license plate 34 BJG 59 coming from the opposite direction. The driver, SG, died at the scene in a fire that broke out as a result of the collision. SG was reportedly returning from his daughter's graduation.

Witnessing the accident, residents provided first aid using fire extinguishers in their vehicles and then reported the incident to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Health, fire, police and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene.

The minibus driver, N.Ş., was injured in the accident and taken to the hospital by ambulance. The fire in the car was extinguished by firefighters. SG's body was taken to the forensic medicine morgue.

Gendarmerie teams launched an investigation into the accident.
