Midsummer downpour shock: Here are the 36 provinces where the rain will hit!

According to forecasts by the Turkish State Meteorological Service , partly cloudy skies with thunderstorms are expected across much of Turkey. Strong, occasionally short-lived gale-force winds (50-80 km/h) are expected from the north in the Marmara, North Aegean, and western and inland regions of Central Anatolia.
Temperatures are expected to remain above seasonal norms nationwide. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Service announced the provinces where rain is expected in its Rainfall Forecast for Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
According to Meteorology's forecasts, the provinces that will experience heavy rain on July 15 are as follows:
Central Anatolia and Western Regions: Ankara, Eskişehir, Afyonkarahisar, Isparta, Konya, Çankırı, Kırıkkale
Black Sea Region: Karabük, Kastamonu, Çorum, Amasya, Samsun, Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon, Rize, Artvin, Bayburt
Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia: Erzincan, Erzurum, Tunceli, Bingöl, Muş, Bitlis, Van, Ağrı, Kars, Iğdır, Ardahan, Şırnak, Hakkari
Regions near the Mediterranean and the Southeast: Adana, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Kilis
HEAVY RAIN WARNING: Since rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in the coastal areas of Artin and around Rize, it is necessary to be careful and cautious against possible negative effects.
STRONG WIND WARNING: Strong and occasionally short-lived storms are expected from the north in the western and inland parts of Marmara, North Aegean and Central Anatolia, so caution and precautions should be taken against possible negative effects.
