Accordingly, the Academy will prepare and implement training plans for judges and prosecutors ' assistants and judges and prosecutors.

The Center for Legal Studies to be established within the academy will cooperate with higher education institutions for postgraduate education by developing joint programs to contribute to the specialization of judges and prosecutor assistants and judges and prosecutors.

Judges and prosecutors who have completed 8 years of actual experience in the profession may be appointed to the Academy by the Minister of Justice to serve as teaching staff.

Education and training programs for assistant judges and prosecutors and judges and prosecutors will be free of charge.
