Some new names on the roster were also announced. Here are some:

These actors will share the stage with previously announced stars.

HBO stated that the series will be "a faithful adaptation of the iconic books." The series will also feature many storylines that weren't included in the films due to time constraints, providing a more faithful narrative to the books. Production is planned to run for 10 years.
The series will be shot at Warner Bros Studios Leavesden (Hertfordshire), where all eight Harry Potter films were previously shot.
FAMILIAR NAMES FROM THE CROWN TEAMThe producers have also brought together some ambitious technical staff. Director of photography Adriano Goldman and hair and makeup designer Cate Hall, who worked on The Crown, will also be working on the new series.
The first season of the highly anticipated Harry Potter series is scheduled to air in 2027.
