Ankara's famous thermal hotel is once again being sold through foreclosure!

The hotel, which provides services with a "conservative" concept in Haymana, a district of the capital famous for its thermal waters, is being sold through foreclosure.
Ravza Thermal Hotel, opened by brothers Mehmet and Mesut Saraç in 2014, will be put up for auction by the Haymana Enforcement Office.
The first sales date for the hotel, whose estimated cost was announced as 200 million lira, was determined as August 26.
If the hotel cannot be sold on this date, it will be put on sale again on September 23.
The hotel had been put up for sale before, but no buyers were found.
The opening speech of Ravza Thermal Hotel owner Mehmet Saraç attracted attention:
"Our hotel operates as an Islamic, conservative hotel; there is no alcohol, mixed pool, or any mixed activity for men and women. We are highly sensitive to our traditions, customs, traditions and family life values."
