Former CHP Bursa Deputy Lale Karabıyık has passed away.

Former CHP Bursa Deputy Prof. Dr. Lale Karabıyık passed away at the age of 59 in the hospital where she had been receiving treatment for some time.

The first ceremony for Prof. Dr. Karabıyık will be held tomorrow (Monday, July 21) at 10:00 a.m. at Uludağ University. Following the ceremony, the funeral prayer will be held at noon at Bursa Ulu Mosque.

Karabıyık will be buried later in his hometown, Bilecik.

Karabıyık, who entered the Turkish Grand National Assembly as a CHP Bursa Deputy in 2015, served in this position for three terms.
