ANNOUNCEMENT FILE NO : 2024/693 Main DECISION NO : 2025/203 For the crime of Theft by Taking Goods Carried in Hand or on Person with Special Skills, our Court has sentenced the defendants Hasan Cem Özçelebi and Kenan Erkösem to 5 years of imprisonment in its decision dated 10/04/2025, the main and decision numbers of which are written above, and the defendants have appealed against the decision, and the plaintiff in the file, KHALED AHMED NAGI, son of Nagi and Dowlah, born in 1974 in Yemen, could not be found despite all searches, and the reasoned decision and appeal petitions could not be served. 1- In accordance with Article 28 of the Notification Law No. 7201, this text, which is published in newspapers with a circulation of over 50,000 and on an internet news site through the Press Advertisement Institution, will be deemed to have been notified 15 days after its publication date.

It is hereby DECLARED that the applicant has the right to appeal by submitting a petition to our court within 2 weeks from the date of notification, or by submitting a petition to the Criminal Court of First Instance on Duty in the location where the applicant is located, if the applicant is outside the jurisdiction of our court, or by submitting a statement to the court clerk. 18.07.2025
